Vital Roots offers refunds for items returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected to ensure that the product’s packing was not opened.
- If the packing seal is found opened or tampered with, the refund claim will be rejected.
- Opened or used product packs are not eligible for refund as they cannot be resold.

- Video evidence of unboxing/unpacking (must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened).
- Date of receipt from the courier tracking ID.
- Reason for the return or exchange.
📌 Important: In all cases, a video recording while opening your parcel is required to claim a return, exchange, or refund.

- Defective or damaged product.
- Missing items in the order.
- Wrong item delivered.
Final Decision:
Vital Roots reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any return, exchange, or refund claim after reviewing the provided evidence and conducting product inspection at our warehouse.
Once the claim is approved, our customer service team will guide you on the refund or exchange process.
